Sara Lamb is an Arizona native who received her classical ballet training at Jeanne’s School of Dance in Mesa. A passionate educator, Sara has been teaching classical ballet for 16 years. While dancing in college, she joined the Arizona Youth Ballet (AZYB) during its inaugural season and performed with the company for four years.

 

 

Her featured roles with AZYB include the Sugar Plum Fairy, Dew Drop Fairy, Arabian, and Spanish in The Nutcracker, as well as a Big Swan in Swan Lake and Carabosse in Sleeping Beauty.

Beyond her work in the studio and on stage, Sara is an accomplished costumer. Following her training at the Tutu School in 2023, she has designed and constructed a variety of professional ballet wear, including platter tutus, romantic tutus, and tunics. Sara also holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a master’s degree in Mass Communication.
