Starting with the very beginning basics of classical ballet and finishing the session with a demonstration and performance to share with family and friends. Ballet is one of the oldest, most beloved and respected of all organized dance forms. Learning to dance ballet coincides with learning and practicing the values of hard work, respect, commitment and self-awareness. ​A two week summer intensive is a great choice for your child if they are desiring to improve their ballet technique and at the same time, have a lot of fun creating a new ballet to share. Different from their usual 1 hour a week throughout the school year, the intensive allows for 2 consecutive hours of instruction, 5 days a week, for two weeks. Thus allowing them to build on their technique so much more effectively. You will be amazed with how much they will learn in just 2 weeks!  ​ July 6-10 & 13-17 | Mon-Fri | 9:00am-11:00am | Performance: Friday, July 17th at 1:00pm  Classes and performance held at Studio R Ballet in Mesa Limited spots available, 1 or 2 age groups dependent on number of students that enroll.
